Henfield Community Partnership wins fund
The money will go towards the refurbishment of Henfield Day Centre.

Hide AdThe project relied on public votes to be successful in receiving the money.
The Community Partnership is currently working with West Sussex County Council to transfer the centre over to the Partnership and community ownership.
HCP Chairman Tony Jackson said: “Another good news story for Henfield! HCP has been awarded £10,000 by the Aviva Community Fund to go towards refurbishing the inside of the Henfield Haven in Hewitts which currently is the WSCC Day Centre building.

Hide Ad“Votes for the project were crucial in getting to the final stage, so many thanks to everyone who voted. Definite news about the re-launch date of the Haven should be available in August.”
Peter Catchpole, West Sussex County Council’s Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care and Health, said: “Congratulations to everyone at Henfield Community Partnership on winning the £10,000 from the Aviva Community Fund.”
