I expect refund for only using green bin
ON reading recent letters and articles regarding Rother Council aiming to charge householders extra for garden waste.
I hope they will deduct monies then for those of us that hardly ever use the general rubbish (black bin) as we recycle everything we can and having a garden can compost a lot etc.
The only bin we use is the green ones for excess garden waste!
