IT sessions for older people in Ardingly

As part of Mid Sussex Older People Council’s work, funded by the Big Lottery , to reach out to those living in the Mid Sussex villages, MSOPC is pleased to have been working with Ardingly Parish Council and Ardingly College to provide six weeks worth of IT help drop in sessions for anyone living in and around Ardingly.

Anoyone aged 50 plus who has been thinking about getting online, but isn’t sure whether to get a smart phone or a tablet, is encouraged to go along as are those that already have smart phones, tablets or laptops, who would like some help with shopping online, speaking to family and friends live online, sending emails and photos, and much more more.

The senior school students are providing the expertise.

These free sessions, with free refreshments also provided, will take place at Ardingly college for 6 weeks every Monday pm from 2 November.

Just turn up - there will be directions to where you should go from the main entrance.

It is expected that the last session of the term, on Monday December 7 will be just a little Christmassy!

You can book a parking place close to the room where the sessions are taking place.

If you cannot get to the college yourself, transport in the school minibus may also be available.
