Leave post office alone
Regarding the articles in the Gazette recently about the campaign against proposals to move the Crown post office in Littlehampton, in my opinion, it is correctly sited where it is and should definitely not be moved elsewhere.
Many people, and especially the elderly, feel it is much safer to be able to put their money, witnesses by so many, safely in their purses or pockets before leaving the premises.
That would not be the case in a busy shop, with many people moving about with their bags of shopping.
