LETTER: Record wealthy and record poor

It is interesting to see that the Government reckons that wages are outstripping the cost of living. I would be very interested to see who it is that are getting these great wage rises as most of public workers who have had four years of wage freezes and are this year lucky if they get one per cent rises will not outstrip the cost of living. Also the nearly one million people that have to use food banks will be very interested in these facts.
