LETTER: Thought I was in a time warp

When I read my national newspaper on Sunday I thought I was in some time warp and that it was April Fools Day.

The British Prime Minister leading a call on airport security, and this after the recent fiasco at London City Airport.

That performance must surely have shown the world the incompetence of those responsible for security at that particular site, nine persons not only entered that restricted area but remained there for six hours or so.

The response was worthy of Buster Keaton and the Keystone Cops.
