LETTER: Wonderful service by volunteers
With so much rush and bustle in life today it’s refreshing to be able to talk about something which is community based and run by volunteers. The Horsham Community Car Scheme is one such, an organisation of which Horsham can be proud.
Because of ill health and disability I have used this wonderful service for a number of years.
I’ve made many new friends among the drivers, enjoyed much laughter and great kindness and support whether taking me to hospital, to visit friends or my favourite pastime – shopping in our wonderful town centre!

Hide AdI would like to thank them all for the support they have given me – sadly I’m no longer able to enjoy the shopping trips, but hope to see them on other occasions. Thank you HACCS each and every one.
PS. They are always in need of more volunteer drivers so if you have time to help others like me I’m sure you will be warmly welcomed.
