More irony than iron in this one

If all our government promises and interpretation of statistics were spread over the UK, it would cover 83.7 per cent of the land, saving £7.16bn upto the afternoon of May 7, 2021, in fertilizer for our UK farmers.
This £7.16bn would then be spent on providing 4.7168 million new teachers, nurses, doctors, pothole fillers and statisticians.

Hide AdThe remaining funds would be spent upon saving 321 stray dogs and donkeys and, the government states, improving the weather by 5.23 per cent.
The foundation goes on to state that with minor alterations to the government cabinet, by initiating the above new policy, the government could attain the respect and trust they once had as recently as 1997.
This I read in a very popular national paper, so it must be true.
