What was your Eurovision like?

Mine is a lot more long lasting than one Saturday night of passing pop songs, fancy costumes, dancing and pyrotechnics.

My Eurovision is one where the nations of Europe work together in peace and harmony to address international problems like climate change and tax evasion.

One where all of Europe will benefit from a cleaner environment, better animal welfare standards, cleaner beaches, improved nature conservation, better consumer standards and constantly improving social rights.

And OK, one night a year when we can all get together to watch others dressing up and singing forgettable songs, usually in English.
