Praise for Battle’s ‘excellent’ GPs
ONCE again the national press is full of articles reporting a surge in patients’ complaints about GPs and ‘grumpy receptionists’.
Which makes me realise how fortunate we are in Battle.
Friendly and helpful receptionists and excellent GPs.
No difficulties in obtaining appointments and, on the odd occasion an urgent appointment is sought, one is invited to attend the surgery and told you may have to wait but will be fitted in.
I am sure I speak for many when I say we in Battle appreciate the service we get from Martins Oak Surgery.
