Reader’s Arcade ire

WHILE it is good to see the centre of town busy and flourishing, with the market expanded, what a pity the same cannot be said about The Arcade.

Who chose to refresh this area just before the start of the height of our season? It’s not exactly conducive to the traders’ stock or those partaking of a cuppa.

Although necessary, the scaffolding is not very encouraging for visitors to explore this area.
