Red herring in swimming pool
Councillor Ian Buckland remarks on the possible contaminated land site for the future swimming pool in Littlehampton (Gazette letters, June 26).
He imagines contaminated water in the pool as a result. What a ridiculous suggestion!
It simply shows his lack of understanding of geology and how buildings are designed and built.
