Relax rules on bus permits during lockdown

I would like to suggest to East Sussex County Council that the time restrictions on bus permits be relaxed so that vulnerable people can go to a supermarket in the town centre during this Covid-19 cries.

Andy Turnham, the mayor of Greater Manchester, had done that so how about it ESCC?
