Slim down and get more active
The members, who attend the group every week, follow Slimming World’s Food Optimising eating plan created by the organisation’s team of expert nutritionists, which encourages them to fill up on satisfying foods such as pasta, rice, potatoes, lean meat and fish, pulses and fruit and veg without the need to count and measure everything you eat.
Instead by satisfying your appetite on these everyday foods, which are filling yet naturally low in calories, it’s possible to lose weight without ever having to go hungry or feel deprived.

Hide AdI’m delighted that my members have lost weight so beautifully.
We have had some fantastic successes over the last four months and we were all blown away to hear the final figure.
It has made a big difference to their lives and to their whole families’ lives, and all of them are now looking forward to a healthier, happier New Year.
With all the current news about obesity, slimming has never been more important. More than 60 per cent of the UK population are overweight or obese and I just want to help even more people to make real changes for life – there’s no better job satisfaction than that!

Hide AdSlimming World has been helping people to lose weight for more than 43 years so we’ve learned a thing or two about supporting slimmers to achieve their dreams, including a deep understanding of the emotional as well as the practical aspects of losing weight.
If anyone in Billingshurst or the
surrounding area is pledging to slim down and become more active in 2013, Slimming World is the place to be to make sure their dreams turn into a reality.
Everyone’s welcome at the Billingshurst Slimming World group which is held every Thursday at 7.30pm at St Gabriel’s RC Church Hall, East Street,
Billingshurst.
New members can pop along on the day, call me on 07814 04323 or visit www.slimmingworld.com for more information.
