Sterling work

We are very sad to see Roger Green leave the Littlehampton Gazette after all this time.

We have had the pleasure of knowing him for most of that time, having moved to Littlehampton ourselves about 16 years ago.

Like him, we have found everybody here very friendly and welcoming, and by regularly reading the Gazette, we were able to discover all the myriad attractions and events taking place in this beautiful part of the world.

Roger has done sterling work for this area and we have always found his writing very informative, fair-minded and thoughtful.

Personally, he and his family have always been very helpful and supportive to us, and we hope that he will indeed continue to grace the pages of the Gazette from time to time.

We wish Roger and his family every happiness for a long healthy retirement which he richly deserves.
