Tenacious agentsnever lost faith

I would like to speak very highly of local estate agent Burgess and Co.

I placed my house in Cooden on the market over a year ago. Despite numerous interested parties, every potential sale would fall through for one reason or another beyond their control.

I guess I was just unlucky, but what was more remarkable was the tenacious way in which the team at Burgess and Co kept marketing, and moreover encouraging me not to lose faith in a successful sale. It got so bad that I was starting to feel bad for them. I wouldn’t want too many customers like me.

Regular updates, escorted viewings, relentless chasing and out-of-the-box thinking eventually resulted in the property being sold. What a relief that day was: the success was almost palpable in their office.

I would like to extend a special thank you to Julie Burgess, Nick Sargeant and Gavin Miller for their exceptional service - not forgetting the rest of the Burgess and Co team, who all at some point had a hand in the sale.

Burgess and Co are a real asset to the local community and I would recommend that anyone interested in selling or buying a property consider them when deciding on their choice of estate agent.
