Thanks for the respect shown to Henry

I WOULD like to thank the people of Littlehampton for the respect they showed Henry Shiner as he was taken through the precinct en route for his funeral (Gazette, May 7).

Henry will truly be missed for his friendliness and his radiant smile, which I, personally, will never forget.

Henry loved his job carrying the sandwich board round for Laura May's Caf, a job that suited him to a T, as he loved talking to people.

Barry Winter and his family were true friends to Henry in his time of need. Thank you, Barry.
