The residents of Beach Crescent must surely be delighted with their view of the new shelter which is a wonderful and exciting piece of modern art.

They can see right through it. This may be its weak point as a north wind and horizontal rain might cause a problem to those seeking shelter.

We shall have to wait and see if there is any further protection planned for us.
