Will ‘same old faces’ return to assembly?

I WAS sorry to read in last week’s Observer that the mayor of Battle Town Council wants to see more people at the town’s Parish Assembly as it bothers him that “its the same people, with the same faces, a year older, sitting in the same seats, asking the same questions.”
