Windy humbug
If local authorities responsible for wind farm planning and the landowners are offered monetary inducements for them, what is more likely than our countryside being gradually ruined?
Ban wind farms on land is one answer – but of course, unless local authorities have real, complete and holistic planning responsibility, this is something we may doubt will ever happen. Another piece of government humbug.
