Memories of spending a penny in Bognor Regis
I can remember when young being taken to the seaside for holidays.
We always had to pay to use the toilets.
Has the council considered reintroducing this idea rather than closing toilets down?
After all, anyone can suddenly need the ‘convenience of a convenience’!
