We all need to get behind hospice

Having just purchased the Hastings Observer May 5 2017, to my dismay and total disgust, the second headline has my attention and blood pressure soaring in seconds.

Having read the article through, I find my heart and soul in turmoil.

A man had been charged in 2015 and was awaiting trial regarding the fire, when he passed away.

Learn, yes from the tragedy, but to prosecute the wonderful service that has helped so many, families hit by an unavoidable tragedy, they comfort us all when all feels lost, is in my view utterly abhorrent on every level.

We all need to get behind hospice staff and directors alike showing our unequivocal support.
