What is the motivation?
It is becoming increasingly apparent that the draft Local Plan is not evidence-based '“ so what is the motivation behind it?
Councillor Bower made a telling statement in last week’s Observer in which he said: “However, a further 2,000 were added by the then government as a result of representations by those promoting a new settlement at Ford ....”
Is Arun District Council using the draft Local Plan to pursue a grudge against those who advocate a new settlement on brownfield land at Ford?
