Why would we want another cinema?

WE went through the process of all writing letters to save the Picturedrome the first time around.

I wrote to the local council and to our MP Nick Gibb for support to save our local cinema from closure.

The cost to buy the Picturedrome was borne by the council and a lot of work has been done, such as a new roof. Why would we want another cinema?

At £2.50 for weekdays and £3.50 at weekends to see new films, the value is outstanding.

Many of my friends who don’t live in Bognor Regis can’t believe the prices.

If we open a new cinema, the price will be twice or three times that amount, And if the new cinema does not get the customers, after a period of time it will close – and we will be forced to go to Chichester.

Once the Picturedrome is gone, it’s gone for ever.
