Outline approval
AN OUTLINE plan for 12 houses in Yapton has been approved.
The decision by Arun District Council’s development control committee means the scheme on land west of Kings Close has been accepted in principle.
The scheme by Prime Securities involves eight three-bedroom houses, three two-bedroom houses and one two-bedroom flat over garages and car ports. Detailed matters for the housing will be decided in a further planning application.
The land – behind the village shopping parade – is currently vacant.
