Painting group to hold exhibition

The Horsham Painting Group will be holding its Spring exhibition and sale on Saturday May 21 at the Quaker Meeting House, Worthing Road, Horsham, between 10am and 4pm.

Both framed and unframed original works of art by members of the group will be on sale at reasonable prices.

Refreshments will be available and admission is free.

The group meets every Tuesday evening during term time at the Forest School, Comptons Lane, and is always keen to welcome new members of any ability.

Members work in oils, acrylics, watercolour, pastel, crayon, pencil, pen and ink and mixed media and in a variety of styles.

While no formal instruction is given, members are always willing to help and give advice.

On Tuesday June 14th the group will be holding an open evening from 7.15, when anybody can come along and have a go.
