Parking chaos in Felpham

The members of the Joint Western Arun area committee are to consider again the issue of vehicles along Summerley Lane.

The long-running problem surrounds the number of cars which are left along the lane while activities take place in the adjoining King George V playing fields.

Various solutions have been proposed but no action has yet been taken. Cllr Ros Kissell, of Felpham Parish Council, urged that the matter be looked at again.

"This issue has been going backwards and forwards for ten years," she stated.
