Pedestrian taken to hospital with serious head injuries after West Wittering crash
Police are appealing for witnesses after a pedestrian was seriously injured in a crash in West Wittering.

A 56-year-old local man was taken to hospital with head injuries after a collision with a van just before 6.20am this morning (Monday, February 8).
The incident, involving a silver Ford Fiesta, occurred on the B2179, close to the junction with Itchenor Road, Sussex Police said.

Hide AdPolice said no other injuries were reported but the injured pedestrian remains in hospital.
A spokesperson added: "Anyone with any information about the collision – including anyone with any dash cam or CCTV footage which may have captured what happened – is urged to email [email protected] quoting serial 108 of 08/02."
