5. IMG_0580-scaled.jpeg
Kermit is a friendly boy who enjoys attention. He knows how to sit and walks well on the lead but would benefit from some further training. The RSPCA said he has not been walked much in his previous home. Kermit is a very new arrival who is still being assessed. Photo: RSPCA

6. Mocha - three-year-old Chihuahua cross
Mocha is a sweet, friendly boy who can be a little shy of new people at first. Mocha was not walked in his previous home so has not had a lot of life experiences but is already doing really well, according to the RSPCA. He would prefer a home that is not too busy and somewhere with quieter areas to walk to begin with. He is very affectionate once he knows you and likes to sit on your lap and have treats. Mocha may like to live with another dog who can help him gain confidence out and about or at least have some regular walking buddies. He has not had experience with children so would prefer an adult-only home. Photo: RSPCA

7. Raven - four-year-old Mastiff cross
Raven is a very friendly, happy girl who loves to play with toys, especially a ball. She appears to be housetrained, knows sit, down and paw and walks very nicely on the lead. The RSPCA said she has a slight prey drive so would not be suitable to live with cats or small animals. Photo: RSPCA

8. Sparrow - seven-month-old crossbreed
Sparrow was an unclaimed stray. He is a friendly boy who can be a little unsure until he has got to know you. Sparrow knows 'sit', 'down' and 'paw' and has clearly had some training at some point, according to the RSPCA. He loves to play with toys, especially a ball and is good at entertaining himself with it. Sparrow can be a little worried out and about and does not appear to have had a lot of life experiences. He is looking for a new owner who has the time to put into his training and socialising and can teach him the world is not a big scary place! Photo: RSPCA
