20 years of service to Chichester care home

A Chichester care practitioner has been recognised for her long service after 20 years at a care home.

Marriott House and Lodge’s Kate Sampson was also nominated for employee of the month by residents, relatives and colleagues who felt she deserved extra recognition for the amazing work she does every day.

Kate said: “I love working at Marriott House and enjoy my role very much, receiving this recognition means a lot. I would like to thank those that nominated me.”

General manager Karen Howell said: “We’re delighted to be celebrating 20 years of loyal service with Marriott House and Lodge.

Jane McFarlane, employee services director at Barchester Healthcare, which runs Marriot House, said: “I’m always pleased to hear stories about the long service of Barchester staff and am delighted Kate has achieved this milestone.
