Arundawn said Harley was sadly dumped on her 11th birthday. She is still very active and would prefer a rural home. Harley has been happy living with other dogs after slow introductions but can be reactive to some out on walks. The charity said she may be better suited as an only dog. Harley has been good with children aged 12 and above. She is strong on the lead on occasion but can walk well until she spies other dogs. Arundawn said she needs a special family who can continue to work with her on her manners. placeholder image

Currently in care at Arundawn Dog Rescue, these pups are hoping to find loving new families.

The rescue, located near Horsham, focuses on providing rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming for council pound strays.

If you’re considering adopting a dog, take a look below to see who’s available.

More information about each dog can be found on the Arundawn website.

Daisy is an active and lovely little dog, according to Arundawn. She is looking for an active home as she loves long walks. Daisy would be happy living with or without another dog. Arundawn said she 'will make the most amazing dog in the right home'. She has a lovely nature but is not child or cat tested.

Ted is described as 'an absolute diamond dog in the home'. Arundawn said he the perfect companion - loving, house trained and affectionate. However, he is reactive out and about. The charity said waling him in busy areas is challenging, and he would like a home in a rural location where there are not too many dogs about. He is an active boy who loves his exercise.
