The annual event returned for its tenth year and raised more than £400 despite the fundraiser not being as big as usual due to the pandemic. It took place at the Queen’s Head in Barns Green on Saturday, August 29, from 10am-4pm. There was a tea and coffee station, cakes, a mask tree and donation buckets circulating, but it is hoped the raffle, barbecue and live music – which usually raises a large portion of the event’s total for the charity – will be able to return with next year’s event on Saturday, August 28.
