“We are very excited to welcome back Valentina to the Music Club to present a wonderful programme of Romantic and Impressionist classics alongside the brilliant voice of Natalia,' says Club Chairman, Ian Clark.

“Valentina gave her first public performance aged eight, and became Assistant Professor of Performance at the Bulgarian State Conservatory, aged just 27. She has performed all over Europe and made acclaimed recordings.

“Natalia began studying piano and violin aged six, but always dreamed of the operatic stage. After winning many prizes while studying in Bucharest, she won a scholarship to study in Vienna and Rome. She was principal soprano of the National Operetta Theatre in Bucharest between 2002 and 2007.

“To hear such favourites as the Habanera from Bizet's Carmen, Bach-Gounod's Ave Maria, Debussy's Claire de Lune and Cathedrale Engloutie, join us on Saturday November 19th at 7.30pm at the Recital Hall at the Regis School of Music, Sudley Road.”
