Chelsea are eyeing up a move for AC Milan defender Alessio Romagnoli, according to The Sun.

The Blues are aiming to bolster their defence this summer, having already lost Antonio Rudiger to Real Madrid and Andreas Christensen in Barcelona, and the current Milan captain is top of their shopping list.

Romagnoli’s current contract expires this summer and German sides Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund are also believed to be keen.

The Mirror is reporting the Ivory Coast international has found himself on the fringes of Mikel Arteta’s squad this season – being handed just five Premier League starts all season.

The 26-year-old is now seeking a move away from the North London club.

Both are currently out on loan – at Southampton and Crystal Palace respectively – and Tuchel has said both players future will depend on how they do in pre season.

The Telegraph is reporting that Conte is looking to bolster his squad for European football next season – and the 27-year-old midfielder is highly rated at Spurs and is expected to feature further in their discussions for transfer this summer.
