The mother of two will be also joined by her favourite fitness influencers live on social media to raise greater awareness and funds for the YoungMindsUK charity.

Steff said: “2020 has been a year we will never forget and one that has had a huge impact on everyone’s mental health.

"Fitness has always played a part in my life and it was my saviour during lockdown. As a mum of two girls, I am passionate about being a role model to younger people on the benefits of exercise to your physical and mental health."

“By doing this challenge in the window of Sweaty Betty, I hope to inspire and encourage people young and old that getting sweaty and bashing out even just 20 burpees and 20 squats every day will make you feel amazing!”

Steff is aiming to raise £2,020 for the challenge through online and in-person donations on the day. A donation box will be outside the Sweaty Betty store and in support of the challenge Sweaty Betty Chichester are offering 20 per cent off all instore purchases during the challenge.

“I really hope people will get behind me and by donating just 1p per rep I do will make a real difference in ensuring every young person gets the mental health support they need, when they need it, no matter what.”
