Chichester's Novium museum launches virtual tours

The Novium museum in Chichester has launched its virtual tours today (Monday, April 6).

The award-winning museum is now offering video tours following the sites temporary closure.

It was closed until further notice in mid-March following government guidelines.

A statement on the museums website reads: "Following government advice regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19), we made the decision to close The Novium Museum from Tuesday, 17 March until further notice.

"Although our doors are closed, we remain committed to sharing Chichester's history, and we are working on making more of our exhibitions and collection available online. Virtual tours and oral history will be posted here over the coming days.

"Thank you for your continued support."
