21. TED - six year old Pomeranian/Spitz
When Ted arrived he was a very shy boy and took a few days to settle with the team at the RSPCA. He is now much happier and loves fuss and attention. He can still be a little worried by new people, especially men, but does really well after a nice introduction. Ted is housetrained and will sit when asked. He enjoys his walks and is good on the lead. Ted has been very good with other dogs and enjoys their company on walks. He has lived with a cat in his previous home so may be OK with a dog savvy cat. Ted is looking for an experienced owner who is used to dogs who are a little worried by new experiences. He could live with older children who have lived with dogs before and know how to behave around them when they are shy. Ted will need regular grooming to keep his coat in good condition and may require trips to a dog groomer. Photo: RSPCA

22. Cindy - two year old crossbreed
Cindy is a sweet girl who likes to sit on your lap for cuddles once she knows and trusts you but she can be very worried to begin with. She is learning to walk on the lead and is doing well Cindy will need some training and help to build her confidence as she has not experienced much in her previous home. Cindy has never lived on her own and would like another resident male dog for companionship. She is looking for an adult only, experienced home and will need her own garden. Cindy is a new arrival so more information will follow as she is assessed further. Photo: RSPCA

23. Cleo - six year old Spaniel
Cleo is a lovely bouncy spaniel with a few health conditions. She is looking for either an adopter or a foster carer to provide a home for her while the RSPCA investigates and resolves a few medical concerns. She is a very affectionate girl who is struggling with her time in kennels, and the RSPCA said 'she just needs a home where can be spoilt and doted on'. She is a very cheeky character with lots of love and affection, she loves a paddle in the pool or a trip to the beach. Sadly, she has most likely has never lived in a home before, so will need someone who is understanding while she learns the luxuries of a house. Photo: RSPCA

24. Ernie - two year Labrador crossbreed
Ernie is a sweet boy who enjoys being around people, having cuddles and exploring. The RSPCA has limited history on the pup but he has shown himself to be an affectionate sociable dog. However, Ernie can find new things and environments quite scary so is looking for patient adopters who can continue his positive reward based training to engage with him, build his confidence and show him that the world's not such a scary place. He is a fun and active young dog who can be quite boisterous and would benefit from training so that he can develop into a well mannered boy. Due to this, Ernie would be best suited to an adult only home with a secure large sized garden. He would also benefit from people who are around most of the time due to him preferring companionship and the time he needs to create a strong bond with his adopters. Photo: RSPCA
