5. Ralph - six month old pekingese
Ralph is a friendly puppy who has been described by the rescue as 'a lovely little chap'. He's good with dogs and children. Initially nervous on his arrival to his foster home, he has grown in confidence and is now 'thriving'. Photo: Rommie Rescue Sussex
6. Scarlet - 18 month old crossbreed
Scarlet was sadly dumped outside of a shelter, with 'one of her front legs hacked off', Rommie Rescue Sussex said. However, having three legs certainly doesn't hold her back as she loves her walks, and even a swim if given the chance. She would love a home with another dog of a similar size or larger for rough housing and to gain confidence from. Scarlet is a sweet and gentle natured girl, who understandably takes a little time to trust but once she does, she is a very loyal and loving girl. Photo: Rommie Rescue Sussex
7. Pippin - three year old crossbreed
Pippin is full of fun and affection. He loves other dogs and is always pleased to see his humans. The rescue believes he sadly hasn't been shown much love and will move away when you try to stroke him. He will need a patient home to help him learn that he is loved, as he really wants to be, the rescue said. He would best suit a home with a secure garden and another dog. He can also live with cats.
