Held along the River Arun, the festival took place on Saturday, August 15 and Sunday, August 16, running from 11am to 5pm each day.
The event showcased different activities which take place on the river, including dinghy sailing, yachts, hovercraft, powerboats, paddleboarding, jetskis and angling.
Stalls run by local clubs, businesses and organisations were set up along the riverfront, and several visiting and resident vessels, including Dunkirk little ships, were open to the public.
Live entertainment across the weekend was provided by Sussex Steel, Sompting Village Morris, Sussex by the Sea Shantymen, Secret Shore Singers and the Littlehampton Sea Cadets band.
Littlehampton Harbour Board staff also held ‘surgery-style’ engagement sessions at their stall on Town Quay, allowing locals a ‘more informal opportunity to connect’ with the board members.
On the second day of the event, visitors were welcomed into Littlehampton Lifeboat Station for a ‘fun-filled’ open day.
Locals were given an up-close look at the station’s lifeboats ‘Renee Sherman’ and ‘Spirit of Fidelity’. They also enjoyed a tour of Selsey RNLI’s all-weather lifeboat ‘Denise and Eric’, which was welcomed into the harbour for the day.
During the event, visitors were treated to a BBQ, ice cream van, children’s play zone, bouncy castle, face painting and a cake and crafts stall.
In a post on Facebook, a Littlehampton RNLI spokesperson said: “A massive thank you to everyone who came to visit Littlehampton RNLI Lifeboat Station for our open day today.
"It was great to meet so many of you and welcome our colleagues from RNLI Selsey Lifeboat station so that onlookers could see three lifeboats in the harbour at the same time.
"The boat house was full of action with a bouncy castle, face painting and hook a duck activities for our youngest supporters and tea and cake for all.
"Thank you for all your support now and always - enabling us to continue #SavingLivesAtSea.”
Nick White, Littlehampton RNLI’s lifeboat operations manager, added: “What a fantastic day!
"We are so proud to save lives at sea here in Littlehampton and we are so grateful for the overwhelming generosity and support of our local community.
"I would also like to thank all our volunteers for working so hard to make this day possible, and to thank our friends at Selsey RNLI for visiting too.
"We are already looking forward to next year.”
