Fox gets sneak preview of Royal Pavilion Ice Rink


But that hasn’t stopped one fox, pictured on the ice, from getting a sneak preview of the seasonal attraction.
The manager of the ice rink snapped the fox enjoying the ice rink on Sunday evening (October 28).

Hide AdFor everyone else, the ice rink officially opens to the public on Saturday, November 3.


Shella Parkin, managing director of Laine Ltd, creator of the Royal Pavilion Ice Rink, said: “We’re passionate about providing the most twinkling and delightful Christmas experience for visitors – from our superb ice quality and maintenance created using cutting edge rink technology and resurfacing, to comfy boots, separate beginners area, beautiful rinkside restaurant and staff who really love what they do.”
The ice rink at Pavilion Gardens, which returns to the city for its ninth year, features an 880-square metre main rink for more confident skaters, and a separate 130-square metre beginners’ rink with penguin skate aids.
Tickets cost from £10 (aged 12 and over), £7 for juniors (under 12) and the one-hour skate times run from 10am to 9.15pm daily.

Hide AdClub Rinkidinks (daily, second session of the day, 11.15am to 12.15pm excluding December 15 – January 2) offers children under five the chance to skate for free when accompanied on the ice by an adult paying full price.
