A local ghost hunter plans to return to Lewes Priory after lockdown following some ‘good results’ last time.

Daniel Chamberlain, from Chailey, is a member of Opened doors paranormal investigators and has investigated properties across Sussex for spooky goings-on.

The 57-year-old has investigated Lewes Town Hall cellar and the priory.

“Lewes Priory – we had some good results,” he said.

“We’ve been very fortunate with the team that built nearly by itself.

“We plan to return to the priory and look forward to investigating Lewes more.”

Daniel grew up in a family that believed in the paranormal, so discussions about ghosts was normal in his family home.

He added: “If there’s any paranormal activity in the town we will be more than happy to investigate.”
