The cobbled street in the historic Cinque Ports town, has been named the prettiest in England and is one of the most photographed locations in Sussex.
The house stands opposite the famous 12th century Mermaid Inn, once a haunt for smugglers.
The three-bedroom mid-terrace house is in need of complete refurbishment but the auctioneers say that once enhanced, it would be ideal for owner occupation or investment. The ground floor has an entrance, living room and kitchen and the first floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom with W.C. There is a second floor bedroom and a rear garden.
It will be auctioned by Clive Emson auctioneers on December 11 with a guide price of £320,000 - £330,000 plus fees.
