The independent community arts festival started in 1999 and has reinvented itself every year since to reflect the amazing creative community in the area.
A spokesperson for Coastal Currents said: “We’re delighted to have Arts Council England and Hastings Borough Council support this year for our young people and early-career artist programmes, helping us create opportunities for the next generation of creative talent.”
As well as the open studios, the footbridge at Hastings railway station has been transformed into a gallery displaying the work of local creatives.
You can find more details about the artists and the location of the studios by going to www.coastalcurrents.org.uk.
