The huge parade was the culmination of two days of free family entertainment and brought together community groups, charities, businesses, performers, sports clubs and entertainers from across Worthing and beyond.
The main carnival activities were held around Steyne Gardens and the seafront promenade.
The Grand Parade started from Grand Avenue at 12.30pm, arriving at Steyne Gardens at approximately 1.30pm.
This year there were 34 parade entries, making it one of the largest Worthing Carnival parades in recent years.
There was also live music, dance and stage performances throughout the weekend with a K-Pop Demon Hunter tribute on Sunday (August 30).
The Great Little Farmers Market was held on the seafront throughout the weekend, bringing approximately 35 additional traders to the event.
Dave Hunt Leisure and Coles Fun Fair amusements and attractions added to the carnival atmosphere.
The carnival this year raised funds for Kent, Surrey & Sussex Air Ambulance and Worthing Veterans Association.
