Katie Price tells of her Horsham crash ‘wake-up call’

Former glamour model Katie Price has spoken of her drink-drive crash near Horsham as ‘a wake up call.’

The 43-year-old mum-of-five said: “I’ve now decided to see a therapist for the rest of my life.”

Her vow was revealed in the final series of her TV show Katie Price’s Mucky Mansion aired last night (February 9) on Channel 4.

Katie, who has previously been banned from driving five times, escaped with a suspended jail sentence by a court in December after a judge heard she had completed a rehab course.

But as well as her ‘wake up call’, Katie also spoke on her TV show of her joy at renovating the mansion - in Dial Post, near Horsham - after it fell into disrepair and was wrecked by vandals.

The property was once owned by former Horsham MP Frances Maude.

“The house is coming back together like I’m coming back together,” said Katie.

“It’s not a mucky mansion any more. It’s now my family home.”
