Hide AdDiscount clothing store Primark proved a contentious prospect with plenty of back-and-forth as to whether Chichester is the right place for the chain.

Luke Titcombe said: "Primark for sure. Its affordable clothing. Plus it will bring people to the area and help support the rest of the city."
Dee Russell agreed and said a Primark would bring more people into the city centre.

Trevor Shepherd had a similar idea to help support independent businesses.
He said: "An arcade with affordable pop ups for independent retailers to showcase innovative products and ideas."
Jane Towers suggested: "Independents retailers on the ground floor, restaurant and affordable flats on the upper floor."
Michael Bennett said he would like a casino and poker room.
Trevor Gaffney wants a nightclub in the listed building.
Brian Steen's answer was short and sweet: "Laser Quest."
