A major Mid Sussex road has closed suddenly because of a ‘void in the carriageway.’

West Sussex Highways say that Ferndale Road in Burgess Hill is currently shut between Keymer Road and Glendale Road.
A spokesperson said: “This is due to a void in the carrigeway.
"Sorry for any inconvenience being caused.”
