New Café opens in Burgess Hill

Friendly husband and wife team Milan Minev (Owner), and Pinar Deniz (Chef) told me they opened Mr Mocha Café at the start of July. It seats up to twenty four people inside and has capacity for a further sixteen on their benches shaded by parasols outside.

Opening at 7am they offer eight set breakfasts suiting different palates, and two lighter breakfasts in the way of eggs Benedict and eggs Florentine. They’re also geared up for other options, with a selection of sandwiches, baguettes, wraps, paninis, toasties and burgers, they even have one called The Burgess Hill Burger.

On the menu you can also find a range of fajitas, kebabs and chiili con carne with salad and chips or rice, they also have wraps, different side orders and salads.

The children haven’t been forgotten, there are four choices – chicken nuggets, fish fingers, sausage, or cheese omelette, all come with chips and beans, and a drink, all for just £ 4.95

The hot and cold drinks are too numerous to mention, but they include milkshakes – which I can highly recommend! All served in a bright, comfortable open space.

Milan said, “First of all, we’d like to say thank you, we’ve already received so much kindness, encouragement and support from the Burgess Hill community. Opening our new independent café is both exciting and a little daunting. We’ve done everything we can to prepare, but we also know there will still be things to learn as we settle in and find our rhythm. As we settle in, there may be the occasional hiccup, and we hope you’ll bear with us during our first few days. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding while we continue to learn, improve and fine-tune every detail. Your feedback will always be genuinely appreciated, and every kind word, suggestion and visit will help us grow into the café we hope to become. One thing we can promise is that we’ll always care. We’ll listen, we’ll keep learning, and we’ll work hard every single day to make each visit better than the last. More than anything, we’re looking forward to getting to know our neighbours, becoming part of this wonderful community, and welcoming you with a smile whenever you visit. Milan and Pinar have plans to to introduce a loyalty card in the next week or two, and sign up with the main food ordering apps around the same time.
