Royal Mail strikes today in Sussex
and on Freeview 262 or Freely 565
The Communication Workers Union (CWU) has called on its members who collect, sort and deliver parcels and letters to take further strike action. Here are the strike dates this month:
Today (October 13) / Thursday October 20 / Tuesday October 25

Hide AdA Royal Mail spokesperson said: “Royal Mail has well-developed contingency plans, but we cannot fully replace the daily efforts of our frontline workforce. We’ll be doing what we can to keep services running, but we are sorry this planned strike action is likely to cause you some disruption.”
People are being told to continue posting items, but collections will be less frequent on strike days.
