Citizens Advice Eastbourne shared on Twitter today (October 5): “We are aware of people in Eastbourne who've received a phone call unexpectedly from someone claiming to be from Citizens Advice and offering help with energy costs. We will not call you unless you've contacted us first. If you receive a call like this unexpectedly, it's most likely to be a scam.”
